Returns

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please reach out to us by submitting a request via https://windowalert.com/pages/contact and include the following information:

• Buyer's name, address and phone number.
• Purchase date and order number
• Reason for return/exchange

Due to liquid nature of UV Liquid it must be shipped via Ground Services only.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges

You can exchange an item with a higher-price item or the same item with a different size. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return to Sender

Packages that are returned to us by shipper due to incorrect shipping address, or refusal of delivery will be refunded minus shipping costs.
