Tom Albaugh - Operations

At WindowAlert, we're proud to work with the Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon, a local nonprofit that’s been empowering people of diverse abilities since 1965. The Foundation offers meaningful programs like work skills development, community job coaching, and residential caregiving to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We’re especially honored to hire team members through their employment program — it’s one of the most rewarding parts of what we do. Every WindowAlert product is assembled by team members hired through the employment program. Their contribution adds heart to our operations.
